The Evaluation Period of Silverspoon 2017 Has Ended
This year’s evaluation period of the Silverspoon Gastronomy Competition has ended and all judges have forwarded their evaluations to the independent audit company, PwC. This year’s winners will be announced at a Grand Award Gala, which takes place on the 3rd of November at the Estonian Architecture Museum. Tickets to the award Gala are available.
According to the Chief Executive of Silverspoon, Marje Hallik-Wilson, the auditors now begin their detailed work to announce the finalists of each category a week from now. Hallik-Wilson added, “The Finalists of Silverspoon 2017 will be announced on the 12th of October and the winners will be awarded at the Silverspoon 2017 Award Gala on the 3rd of November.”
Tickets to the Silverspoon award gala will be available as of 10th of October. The price of the dinner ticket is 99 € per guest. It is possible to purchase one ticket or an entire table. There are 10 seats at one table. The tickets can be purchased at the office of Trigon Capital located on the 4th floor at Pärnu mnt 18, Tallinn.
The team organising the Silverspoon contest includes Marje Hallik-Wilson, Joakim Helenius, John Wilson and Mahesh Ramnani. This year, entrepreneur Andres Peets also joined the organisation team. The patron of the contest is the grand old man of Estonian gastronomy – Dimitri Demjanov.

Silverspoon is the first gastronomy contest in Estonia, which aims to recognise and develop culinary culture in Estonia.
